We are looking for a versatile, full-time, kick-ass Staff Accountant to join our fast growing team!

The Job:
As a Staff Accountant, you will: 

• Manage client onboarding, invoicing and accounts receivable
• Support collections efforts with client outreach
• Input, enter and analyze expenses, applying GAAP and corporate policy
• Prepare journal entries and related support
• Reconcile various balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Partner with human resources and payroll to facilitate payroll and benefits administration

The Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role with demonstrated growth in complexity
• Strong Excel knowledge and skills
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred but not required
• Experience in Walmart systems, reporting and supplier relationships
• Experience within an advertising, marketing or media company preferred or a passion for retail
• Action and detail oriented and can manage multiple priorities
• Pro-active, problem-solving nature
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• You take pride in doing awesome work
• You thrive in uncomfortable situations
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and think creatively
