The Job:
As Digital & Social Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Lead the strategy and operations for a set of The Stable brand partner’s media campaigns.
  • ​Develop paid media plans and testing strategies for brand partners of all sizes.
  • Optimize media campaigns across various digital and social channels to reach client goals, whether that be brand awareness, video views, or lower-funnel conversions (e.g. sales, CAC). 
  • Handle all aspects of the media buying process; tracking, ad creation, optimization, scaling, and reporting.
  • Analyze reporting data to gather insights and report back to brand partners on campaign performance.
  • Clearly communicate headwinds, tailwinds & new opportunities to relevant team members based on knowledge and experience of ad platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and, when appropriate, external media partners to ensure timelines are met, plans are completed, and campaigns effectively launched.
  • Research latest digital and social media content trends and stay up-to-date with the landscape.          
  • Collaborate on, strategize, and implement a testing plan to develop new media placements, products, and pricing. 
   
The Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years paid media and social experience, preferably with a digital/social media agency and a focus on performance marketing/high-touch direct response marketing (scaling campaigns at $25K-$150K/month)
  • Executional expertise in Paid Media, particularly Facebook but should have experience with channels like YouTube, Linkedin, Twitter, Programmatic, and Broader Digital Channels (e.g. Spotify, Hulu). You’ve run campaigns from start to finish before and understand the nuances of different ad buying platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social analytics, as well as proficiency with eCom analytics. Excellent Excel skills. A passion for “letting the data do the talking” and making decisions, recommendations based off of data.
  • Deep understanding of trends, audience segmentation, and test strategies (full-funnel, AB, etc.)
  • You take pride in doing awesome work and are always pushing yourself to improve!
  • You thrive in new situations and are always solution-focused.
  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to collaborate daily with clients and internal teams.
  • You are action and detail oriented.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, think creatively and can wear many hats.
