We’re looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our retail team in Minneapolis.

The Job:
·         Be the liaison between brand partners and Target ensuring first class communication.
·         Manage all SKUs and lead forecasting, inventory flow and reporting efforts.
·         Pull and analyze weekly sales data and communicate insights & trends.  
·         Assist in executing the multi-channel strategy on behalf of the brand partner.        
·         Comp shopping and competitive analysis.
·         Partner with sales and creative teams to build merchandising solutions.
·         Ensure delivery of creative assets to vendor and/or Target.
·         Assist brands in managing the supply chain process.
·         Analyze brand performance and recommend strategies to grow business.                
 
The Qualifications:
·         Minimum of 3 years experience as a retail account manager working with Target.
·         Strong understanding of Target systems including POL, VIQ, CNA, LP, etc.
·         You have a strange love for recaps, spreadsheets, word docs and presentations.
·         Willingness to travel 2-3+ times per year.
·         You take pride in doing awesome work.
·         You thrive in uncomfortable situations.
·         Strong organizational skills.
·         You are action and detail oriented.
·         You have an entrepreneurial spirit and think creatively.
